This presentation summarises preliminary findings from the MSD Working Group's task team on the competencies of MSD Team Leaders (TLs).
These findings are drawn from interviews with active TLs and a survey of MSD practitioners.
Five key competency domains are introduced, and supported by direct quotations from interview and survey data.
