The WI-ROI Framework looks at how to promote improved development outcomes for women within private sector development, including MSD, initiatives.
It is a guide for development practitioners working with their business partners to calculate the likely financial returns for investing in women’s inclusion across the partner’s business operations.
It focuses particularly on:
- talent & leadership
- workplace culture
- consumers
- supply chains
The webinar is primarily aimed at development implementing partners working on MSD programmes, as well as inclusive growth initiatives more broadly. It will also be useful for gender-focused impact investors and donor staff.
