SG2018: The Power of Savings Groups

22 May 2018 – 24 May 2018
Kigali, Rwanda

The Global Savings Groups Conference Series is a biennial conference that engages a large and diverse community of stakeholders. The event develops and promotes improved standards of practice, mobilises knowledge, strengthens partnerships and alliances, and creates opportunities for cross-organisational learning.

The SEEP Network is delighted to host SG2018: The Power of Savings Groups, in collaboration with Conference partners.

SG2018 will offer a platform for attendees to connect, engage and learn from each other about the challenges and opportunities they face in supporting Savings Groups – including VSLAs, SHGs, indigenous savings groups, and other forms of community-based microfinance – worldwide. In this pursuit, SEEP encourages greater use of a wide range of innovative session structures and methodologies that build on emerging and accepted best practices in learning and the dissemination of innovations.

The conference agenda will feature 22 Peer Learning Sessions around the four technical tracks. Explore all sessions and register at the early bird rate by March 16!

Join interactive pre-conference Peer Exchanges and an innovative post-conference Savings Groups Technology Fair at SG2018! You are invited to sign up when registering for the conference.
