The Senior Specialist will promote implementation of the ACDI/VOCA Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) Policy and build staff capacity in gender integration, female empowerment, and other inclusive approaches. The Senior Specialist’s responsibilities will include the production of high-quality deliverables in a timely manner; training and mentoring/coaching project teams and field staff; networking with donors and partners; and representing the GSI team’s work through presentations and publications. The Senior Specialist will report to the Senior Director, Gender and Social Inclusion.
Additional Information
The Senior Specialist will possess strong analytical skills and have experience in applied qualitative research, particularly gender analysis in the agriculture sector and/or gender-integrated studies
