The Gender Advisor’s main objective will be to provide technical support to TechnoServe programs across our entrepreneurship, agriculture and food processing practice areas.
The position will also play a key knowledge management role for the Gender Practice to foster knowledge creation and sharing across the organization on the topic of women’s economic empowerment.
Qualified candidates will have an advanced degree, 5+ years of experience and experience developing, designing, executing and monitoring agriculture, entrepreneurship, or gender-related programs.
