The Chief Quality Officer (CQO), reporting into the CEO of PRISMA will have overall responsibility for ensuring all program interventions pass quality control checks with respect to clear and plausible impact logic, value for money criteria, results management plans and implementation feasibility to reach the program’s stated outcomes.
The CQO oversees the Results Measurement and Learning (RML) team and the Management Information Systems (MIS) team to monitor program inputs, performance and results to enable intervention teams to manage effectively and adaptively with the aim of achieving systemic change.
