SCO South Caucasus is looking for an international consultant to conduct an external review and impact evaluation of Alliances Caucasus Programme (ALCP). The current phase of the ALCP started in 2017 and is set to come to the end by April 30, 2022. The programme has been active in support to the livestock (meat, dairy, honey and wool) market systems in Georgia, strengthening cross-border linkages with Armenia and Azerbaijan by promoting trade with inputs and sharing the best practices for enabling conducive market environment.
 
The overall goal of the independent external evaluation is to validate the results achieved by the project and look beyond the project timeframe identifying longer-term effects of the conducted interventions.

A consultant is expected to have the thematic experience related to development of Inclusive agricultural value chains applying the Market System Development (MSD) approach and the methodological competences related to evaluation of large scale donor supported programmes.
