Systems Change Initiative - Junior Technical Officer (P2)

The ILO is recruiting for a new team member in its newly launched Systems Change Initiative. The project aims to demonstrate how the ILO and broader development community can take a more systemic approach to creating more and better jobs.

In this light, this post will support ILO field projects to conduct market systems analyses as well as design, adopt and implement more systemic interventions. It will also work to learn, and synthesise work, from ongoing projects to generate knowledge on how donors and practitioners can use the approach to address more productive and more decent work in new ways.
