Market Systems Resilience Index (MSRI) Consultant

The MSRI is a standard resilience measurement tool that we use to assess the ability of markets to react, withstand, and change in response to shocks and stressors.

We are looking for a consultant with experience in index building and resilience to help us:

• Update our literature review to ensure that the conceptual framework is in alignment with the most recent research on market systems resilience.
• Review the current questionnaires to ensure that the measure is as lean as possible without losing any critical assessment of the determinants for resilience.
• Review the drafted adaptation process document to ensure that the steps described are robust enough so changes to the tool do not jeopardize the conceptual framework.
• Review and provide improvements to the current scoring process and calculations.
