Tender for business export coaching and systems change experts for IT outsourcing project

CBI is implementing a project in the Senegalese IT outsourcing sector to contribute to a more structured, balanced and inclusive ITO ecosystem, where Senegalese-owned sustainable SMEs are able to thrive, and stimulating upward mobility of women in the IT sector.

This will be done by building capacity of SMEs to enhance their market competitiveness and human resource practices. And also by engaging with key stakeholders to foster a more enabling ecosystem. This approach will enable companies to create high-quality jobs and middle-management positions that can attract in particular female talent. Furthermore, the project aims to unlock the latent potential of the ITO sector, fuelling not only its growth but also creating a ripple effect of positive impact on the position of women in the IT sector.
 
For this programme we’re looking for 4 different experts:

• Expert for business export coaching and strategic management support in Senegal's ITO sector targeting the EU market
• Expert for institutional and service development with systems change focus (MSD knowledge required)
• Expert for gender equality, women’s economic empowerment and gender sensitive systems change
• Expert for local project coordination, business export coaching and systems change development support (basic MSD knowledge required)
