Mathew Rupanga

Mathew is Palladium's market development Team Leader for UK Aid's Livelihoods and Food Security Programme. Mathew draws on his broad experience in both the private sector and the development world to lead a project team managing the Market Innovation Fund (MIF). The MIF takes a risk-sharing approach to incentivize the private sector and non-profit sector players to implement innovative key market activities. The aim is to revive existing markets and develop new markets for smallholder farmers in eight districts of rural Zimbabwe.  

Mathew is a dynamic, highly innovative and energetic young leader from Zimbabwe, and has demonstrated his leadership qualities in financial management and market development in programmes in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana and Kenya.
