I am an agricultural Economist by training (PhD Michigan State University) and have worked in pro-private sector agricultural development in Uganda for nearly 30 years working in research and NGO management. I have been COP for Ag Inputs since Nov 2014 and love the challenge of trying to facilitate effective collaboration between private sector, government and civil society to curb counterfeits and improve input access and quality for farmers.
