James Elekwachi is the Market Development Project Manager at the CHEVRON Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND). Before joining PIND, he worked as Programme Manager for the DFID-funded Growth & Employment in the States (GEMS1) project in Nigeria. James was also on the DFID PrOpCom project as an Intervention Manager, having successfully completed an initial role as Monitoring and Results Measurement specialist. James worked extensively as the Business Development Services Fund Manager and Value Chain Expert for the $32million World Bank Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) Project. He has also worked as SME Advisor for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Support and Training Entrepreneurship Program (STEP).
