I work at Palladium in pursuit of private sector led growth that benefits large numbers of poor people. My work concerns the development of a competitive private sector in poor countries and working in concert with business to harness their potential for innovation and scale My former company GRM has combined with several others to form a new firm Palladium that offers services in International Development, Strategy Execution Consulting, Impact Investment, and Training and Events. Prior to joining GRM I was briefly at Aurecon; before that I was Principal Adviser to AusAID for 7 years in Rural Development and Environment and at DFID before that. I have extensive experience across Asia, Africa and the Pacific with private sector development, market-based approaches, community driven development, and with international and national research and extension systems. I hold a PhD on developing country innovation systems and a Masters in Agricultural Economics.
