Expertise and thorough knowledge in areas like: development and introduction of service provisions relevant to small businesses (MSMEs) and key rural agro-economic sectors of Bangladesh; economic and social growth opportunities for poor people as producers/suppliers/consumers in key agro and non-agro sectors; making partnership with different players like private sector, academia’s, public bodies, and NGO stakeholders to ensure sustainability and scale of interventions.

- Making Market Work for the Poor (M4P) concept and it's practical application.
- Managing multi-task projects involving different cross sector initiatives to stimulate growth in key agro- value chain (VC) sectors (Vegetable, fish, fruit, flower etc.).
- Cost-effective agro-input distribution model design and development to serve last mile clients esp. retailers, smallholder and female homestead producers engaged in vegetable, livestock and handicrafts production.
- Design, development and launching of affordable post-harvest loss reduction techniques for perishable agro commodities (i.e. vegetable, fish, selected fruits, red meat, grain).
- Easy to adopt and employ supply chain (Farm-fork) model design, development and ope-rationalization for improved market access.
- Designing customized income generating models for rural women especially in homestead agro and handicrafts sector.
- DCED results measurement guideline and application.
