Maximilian Schulz is a Development Economist, specialized in private sector development, market systems analysis and programme management. He has extensive experience supporting and facilitating private sector development and inclusive growth, mainly in Africa. His primary focus is MSME growth and transformation. At the macro level, he has supported the development of policies and strategies for MSME promotion for both donors and Governments, and at the micro level he has been engaged in a series of projects targeting increased competitiveness and growth in high potential SMEs.
