Isaac is a Junior Technical Officer in the Market Systems and Value Chain Development team in ILO's Small and Medium Enterprises unit, where he supports the development and application of MSD / VCD tools in ILO development cooperation projects as well as various research efforts including on the MSD and environment nexus.
