Besnik Cecelia

Mr. Besnik Cecelia is a business development consultant who has a deep understanding of private sector development and inclusive business, market systems development (MSD), value chain analysis, and 'Making Markets Work for the Poor’ (M4P) approach. He has applied M4P/ MSD on a day-to-day basis in the Swisscontact’s “Promoting Private Sector Employment” (PPSE) Project in Kosovo. Besnik has outstanding analytical skills and a proven flair for implementation. Sound knowledge of 'DCED standards' and good intervention designer. Currently he is working as Food Processing Market Facilitator in PPSE Project where he is managing the Food Processing Sector (including two subsectors: Fruits and Vegetables and Non-Wood Forest Products). Previously worked as Business Development Expert in Dragash, South Kosovo within the framework of extension Sharr National Park to Dragash Region (Known as Conservation of Biodiversity and Sustainable Management of Land Use Project) where he managed the project’s component of Local Economic Development. He also worked for the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and was responsible for the economic analysis, international cooperation and representative of the Chamber in CEFTA Forum (Central Europe Free Trade Agreement Chambers’ Forum).
