Snorwlor "Sno" is an organizational internal change leader adept at breaking barriers and influencing at all levels of the organization. He is a data evangelist with a proven track record of initiating transformational change leading to decisions which drive process improvement and strategic realization through consensus building. He has worked with Habitat for Humanity for 7 years, and is currently responsible for leading global operations Habitat's Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter. Sno is cyclist who enjoys road and gravel cycling and doing long multi-day endurance rides.
