Nabanita started working using the Market Systems Development (MSD) in 2006 with the Katalyst programme in Bangladesh. There she supported the development of a world class monitoring system which later contributed towards the development of the DCED Standard for Results Measurement. Since 2010, Nabanita has been working as a consultant, researcher and trainer to help programmes apply private sector engagement to contribute towards development outcomes.
