Patrick McAllister
Mr. McAllister is a recognized expert in housing and inclusive finance with over 20 years’ experience working in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. He was Habitat for Humanity’s Asia Director of Housing Finance and Market Development, and his consulting assignments include the World Bank, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Citi Foundation among others. He speaks English and French and holds Irish and US citizenship. Mr. McAllister is a graduate of the International Housing Finance Program and holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from University College, Dublin and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
