I currently work on the USAID Feed the Future Market Systems & Partnerships Activity as a senior advisor. Prior, I was Senior Manager for Knowledge Sharing at Gatsby Africa, where I worked to ensure Gatsby had strategic partnerships in place to enhance its mission of sector transformation in key industries across East Africa. Before that, I was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Pollen Group, a management consulting firm based out of Kampala, Uganda working to help development projects in achieving their systemic change objectives. I have been working on market systems programmes for 10+ years with project experience in Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, as well as Sierra Leone.
