Roger Oakeley
Roger has 30 years experience of development programme management and technical assistance and has worked extensively in South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Roger initially specialised in agriculture and livestock development before joining Springfield in 2000 since when his focus has been on systems development in a range of sectors including private sector development, agriculture, horticulture, health and WASH, emissions reduction and vocational training. Roger manages and undertakes short and medium-term advisory work for a variety of clients and is one of the core trainers on Springfield's flagship Making Markets Work training programme.
