Hello Karri, The Mercy Corps Ethiopia country office conducted a conflict sensitivity assessment in the Afar and Somali regions as part of the Resilience in Pastoral Activity (RiPA), which is a continuation of the USAID-funded Pastoralist Areas Resilience Improvement and Market Expansion (PRIME). I'm not sure if they used this toolkit, but the report was informative, interesting, and super useful.
