I really recommend going to the BEAM Exchange: https://beamexchange.org/ I'm not sure what kind of resources you are looking for specifically, but value chains are really just a part of a market systems approach (see [this MiC video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBi9yQ97-TA&feature=youtu.be) if you aren't sure what I mean by that). Depending on what you are looking for, you will find a wealth of guidance, evidence, and resources. Another great source to look at is https://www.marketlinks.org/ which I find most useful if there is a specific angle I am trying to work on (gender, youth, a specific country). Take a look at these and feel free to post here again if you have more questions...

Louae, If you're working with smallholders and value chains/market systems, you may find this World Vision document helpful: *[Integrating Extremely Poor Producers Into Markets Field Guide](https://www.fsnnetwork.org/resource/integrating-extremely-poor-producers-markets-field-guide-4th-edition).*

Dear Louae The third edition of the International Labour Organization's (ILO's) "Value Chain Development for Decent Work: A Systems Approach to Creating More and Better Jobs" provides an overview of how to take a systems approach to value chain development with the goal of creating more and better jobs. https://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/---ed_emp/---emp_ent/---ifp_seed/documents/publication/wcms_434362.pdf Ultimately, the aim of this guide is to provide a set of principles, steps, and tools that can be used and adapted by value chain and market systems development projects in their particular context. It includes real-life examples and mini case studies. There are theoretical concepts underpinning each section, but the focus is on their practical application.

This guide (Cross-Border Value Chain Development - A Rough Guide to Market Systems Development for Decent Work), in addition to the one I shared previously, is intended to help value chain practitioners account for the added complexities that arise from the cross-border nature of value chains, and understand the impacts on decent work so that they can magnify positive effects and minimize negative ones. https://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/---ed_emp/---emp_ent/---ifp_seed/documents/publication/wcms_862449.pdf The guide builds on the Guide to Value Chain Development for Decent Work and the ILO experience accumulated in market system development projects.
