Thanks for this suggestion Meseret! This was well worth the time spent watching. For those of you interested in Mobility and Migration I really recommend watching this. The examples are great and it has me thinking about how to incorporate remittances better into the work we do. I loved the example of Mercy Corps' program in West Africa as well. Lots to think about! I also found this toolkit in the webinar resources: https://eea.iom.int/sites/g/files/tmzbdl666/files/documents/employment_toolkit.pdf Seems like a great first step for those of us who have been talking about how to look at mobility around labor markets.
