The Agribusiness Initiative (aBi) is one of the three components of the U-Growth Programme aimed at supporting agribusiness development in the private and agricultural sector to achieve the objective of the Government of Uganda’s (GOU) Competitive and Investment Climate Strategy (CICS). The main objective of this Evaluation Study was to evaluate the performance of aBi Finance programmes over the past 3 years (September 2010 to September 2013) against set objectives and determine the extent to which intended goals have been achieved.
