Creating decent work for women and youth migrating to cities

This breakout session at the DCED / BEAM 2018 seminar explored how rapidly expanding urban sectors have great potential to provide decent work opportunities for disadvantaged women. 

It examined how a market systems approach help overcome systemic constraints related to vocational training, socio-cultural norms, and labour market mismatches.
