MEDA's Ukraine Horticulture Business Development Project (UHBDP) aims to strengthen the horticulture value chains between small farmers and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in four oblasts – Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Mykolayiv and Odessa.
