Investing in Infrastructure (3i) is a DFAT-funded programme which seeks to stimulate and accelerate private investment in essential small-scale infrastructure in Cambodia.
Intervention description
To unlock opportunities for economic growth and trade by increasing investment in private sector led small-scale infrastructure - and to increase households and business’ access to basic utilities, including:
- piped treated water
- the electricity network
- solar energy
This review considers whether - and if so, how - the 3i programme should be scaled up, and/or extended in time frame, budget or sectoral focus.
Evidence methodology
The review was carried out by interviewing:
- partners
- stakeholders
- programme staff
Secondary evidence from programme documents was also reviewed.
Some key variables used to prepare the report were also checked through the interviews conducted in the field.
