Enhancing Nigerian Advocacy for a Better Business Environment 2 (ENABLE2) is a DfID-funded business environment programme. It focuses on improving the quality and quantity of business advocacy and public-private dialogue in Nigeria.
ENABLE2 ended in October 2017 after three years of implementation, two years earlier than first planned. With early closure, this self-assessment report is the programme’s final review of results from Years 1 - 3.
