This paper describes the Global Learning for Adaptive Management initiative (GLAM) and what it plans to do over the next four years (2018-2022).
GLAM seeks to address the increasingly complex and interconnected challenges faced by international development organisations. It recognises the need for new kinds of evidence, information and data and related methods and approaches to help inform and underpin new kinds of development policies and programmes. It is designed to develop and use MEL tools, systems and processes that bridge the gap between adaptation and rigour.
GLAM is a four-year collaborative, cross-organisational initiative launched by DFID and USAID.
