This paper introduces knowledge clinics as a virtual method for capturing knowledge from MSD practitioners across various organisations.

It explains the main features of the facilitation process, including new adjustments to the methodology from 2020, such as linking the group learning with published final outputs.

It includes key lessons on how to facilitate clinics – from agenda-setting, to building relationships, to choices around which technology to host meetings with.

The 2020 knowledge clinics produced a series of papers called the MSD procurement series. The links can be found below.
Watch the BEAM webinar - How to do MSD procurement: practical insights from donors and implementers - where 2020 knowledge clinic participants discussed their findings.

MSP and the BEAM Exchange are seeking feedback on MSD tools in the beta library to identify those tools that have the greatest proven utility and impact. We are asking the MSD community to complete a short survey (2 mins) of their top 5-10 tools to provide input into this curation process. Click below to participate!
