This case study was submitted to the 2016 Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Case Competition. The purpose of the competition is to source examples of CLA in action among USAID missions and implementing partners.

The Revitalizing Agriculture Incomes and New Markets (RAIN) programme was implemented in the Acholi region of northern Uganda from October 2011 to October 2016. RAIN adopted a CLA approach to sustainably respond to needs in the Acholi region. This case study describes their experience.
