The co-creation tool is part of a broader private sector engagement toolkit developed by ACDI/VOCA.
It is intended to guide field-level staff through the co-creation and co-design process with private sector partners using a five-phase process. The objective is to:
- build shared understanding of the co-creation process
- provide tips and tricks for more effective engagement
- provide practical examples and templates to shift from transactional to transformational partnerships
The tool has been piloted across several programmes.
