This GESI results measurement framework has been developed to serve as technical guidance for the Rural SMEs Development Project (RSMEDP) in Georgia.
It aims to measure impacts on women and Leave No One Behind (LNOB) groups and to specifically help the project define how its interventions will reach its beneficiaries.
It draws on lessons from existing external and internal resources to build on the experiences of other market development projects and emerging research on measuring GESI-related impact. It defines the potential benefit on women and LNOB as a result of RSMEDP interventions and describes the practical tools and methods for measuring results and suggests the steps needed to operationalise the GESI RM framework.
