Based on WIN’s experience, this guide has been developed to help other MSD practitioners working in the area of WEE to design effective monitoring and evaluation (MEL) tools and frameworks.
The tools and frameworks used by WIN for MEL described in this document integrate the different elements of the DCED Standard.
