Tactics of facilitation for sustainable market systems development

This is the presentation given by the Pollen Group at a training event in Tanzania on 25 February 2015. The audience in general consisted of staff delivering programmes. 17 programmes in 7 countries were represented. The presentation covers elements of facilitation such as root cause analysis, partner selection and engagement, 'light touch' to 'heavier hand' facilitation tactics, and exit strategies. The training event was on day 3 of the BEAM Exchange, Gatsby Foundation and Aga Khan Foundation peer workshop held on 23-25 February 2015.
