The Power/Interest Grid is a simple matrix tool meant to support practitioners categorise their stakeholders into four areas along the axes of interest in the programme's objectives, as well as the power to influence said objectives.
This tool helps to focus on the key stakeholders who can make or break a project and suggests engagement strategies for the different groups.
It designed to be useful for those new to MSD, as well as those with years of experience. The tool has been widely used in a range of settings.
