This tool builds off of previous tools in an attempt to assess indicators of systemic change in a market system.
Specifically, it incorporates dynamism by describing a process of ongoing evolution in market systems, which are constantly changing. It also expands the range of indicators that provide information about systemic changes, partly by looking at the interactions of agents in systems.
The tool was developed for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) practitioners with advanced experience in market systems development.
