Assessing motivations of private sector partners to work with women as suppliers, employees and consumers

This tool's primary purpose is to evaluate the commercial incentive, feasibility, scale, and sustainability of integrating women or gender inclusion within business proposals.

This is done by collecting information through an assessment form that programme staff can use to better understand how company incentives align with impacts for women as programme participants.

It also enables private sector partners to more effectively identify and address gender gaps within their business sector or models and to see the “business case” to co-invest in doing so.

It has been used in a few contexts, but not yet widely in the field.
