This example Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provides an overview of the activities that the partner will implement, along with general legal provisions, but does not make firm commitments from a programme for technical and financial support.
By signing a general MOU, a programme can show commitment without allocating resources. As such, MOUs are widely used in MSD programmes and this provides a strong basis for how to develop one.
