Cash and Markets Technical Advisor (TA)

CRS is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cash and Markets Technical Advisor (TA) to lead the scale up of cash and market based programming under a large multi-year food assistance program in Ethiopia.

The Cash and Markets TA will provide technical advice and leadership to ensure effective, adaptive and innovative cash and market-based programming across the Joint Emergency Operation (JEOP) consortium in Ethiopia. The TA will be responsible for strengthening capacity across the consortium, developing a cohesive strategy for selecting food assistance modalities, and overseeing high quality implementation.
