Request for proposal - mock DCED audit and consultancy to improve MRM systems

TechnoServe is a US-based non-profit organization which works with enterprising people in developing countries to build competitive farms, businesses and industries. It has been operating in Mozambique for 20 years developing inclusive agricultural value chains such as cashew nut, poultry and soy, as well as working with urban entrepreneurs.

TechnoServe is looking for a consultant to conduct a mock DCED audit of its program Women In Business' MRM system, aiming at assessing the extent to which WIN's MRM system meets DCED standards. The audit must review the program's MRM system to assess the current status of DCED compliance and support to implement upgrades and improvements.
