The Business and Innovation (BI) Lead will be responsible for leading ETP’s work on identifying and advocating for better business practices, effectively leading the “Business Pilots” pillar of the ETP Strategy 2030. This includes understanding what companies might be doing that inadvertently contributes to social or environmental problems, followed by piloting alternative business models in close collaboration with companies. The BI Lead will also play a key role in the evolution of the industry leadership platform known as the Global Tea Coalition.

The role-holder will be innovative, reactive and strategic, bringing fresh thinking to ETP and will be an advocate for the power of business to address social and environmental issues.
