Leya Kawamba

MyZambia MyAfrica was established to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit of Zambians, including the diaspora, and to create a platform for Africans to own their narrative. Zambian born Leya has a 15 year track record in driving policy development at local, national and international levels. Her work in corporate brand building is supported by a strong suite of speech writing and public speaking skills. Leya founded Kempella Consultancy Zambia in 2016 to advance her passion of preserving traditional African storytelling. She currently serves as a board member of Tikondane Community Centre in Katete, in the Eastern Province of Zambia.
