Maria del Mar Morales
I am an international development practitioner with over 10 years of professional experience. I work in the Business and Development Centre at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), on applied research, and policy analysis using systems thinking and participatory and qualitative research methods to support the private sector drive sustainable, healthy and diverse outcomes, such as women’s empowerment, effective partnerships or nutrition.
I combine an international development profile with a strong private sector background, having worked as the country lead for a INGO in the Philippines, and for an international investment
bank, advising key European companies on corporate finance transactions.
