Thank you very much for your comment. As for the tracking of members benefiting, no new technique was used other than gathering and effectively sharing member feedback. How ever this success was mainly to the fact that the successful BMOs incorporated the duties (member feedback) into one of their staff Job Descriptions to regularly collate the data and prepare the statistics for sharing both with the secretariat and members. Since the BMOs ensure that only their members benefit from their advocacy actions, this information has also been used to recruit more members. I hope I have been able to answer you adequately, if not please let me know.

What tools did you develop?

This sounds like you have made really good progress - thanks very much for sharing this! I was wondering if you could share a little bit more information on how you have worked with the BMOs to " track the number of members that benefit from any of their successful advocacy actions"? Was this using similar techniques used in gathering member feedback? This is always a difficult area to measure so it would be great to hear what tools you have developed with teh BMOs.
