Outcome harvesting (OH) is a qualitative evaluation technique that gathers narratives from an array of key stakeholders about intended and unintended changes related to an intervention. It then verifies and analyses those changes through a highly consultative and iterative six step process.

The synthesis paper identifies the growing interest among practitioners to measure indications of systemic change, but also the lack of well recognised tools and frameworks for doing so.
