A first step to stimulating entrepreneurship is mapping and measuring the existing entrepreneurial ecosystem - this analysis allows for diagnosis of potential challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through specific interventions.
To support mapping efforts, this toolkit has been developed to provide methodological guidance on assessing the current state of entrepreneurial ecosystems and offer a set of resources and tools that can be used by development practitioners.
